As a New Zealander - I disagree with that! LOL!The only famous rock and/or roll musician in New Zealand is Neil Finn. Several of the other 'famous rock musicians' are just Finn in a wig, false nose, etc. There are several folk/rock duos, though, as Flight of the Conchords is only third best. By several, I mean three.
They all do down there, as I understand it.

That's because Finn is so versatile Vedder is just one of his alter egos, with the right wig.
