That looks like an unsecured piano. You can play it in any key.

Why is it that my piano has 88 keys yet my garage door only has one?

Mine has 90 keys. That includes the one to lock the lid and the spare key, which is useful in case the first key decides to jump inside through the lid by quantum tunneling.
