It's a metrognome if that's Paris, not if it's London. Metrognomes are hard to get in the UK now, given the French source of them. In a couple of years it'll all be free jazz with no discernible rhythm here.

All pedal tuner manufacturers use actual drummers to test their metronomes to ensure that they keep a steady tempo.

You just need a Tony Levin 3 string bass and tune it in octaves - DDD. You get great access to all the notes in any Peter Gabriel or King Crimson pieces you might wish to use.
