Let's spread some musical misinformation

Ike Turner turned down an offer to join Bachman Turner Overdrive because they wouldn't change the name to Turner Bachman Turner Overdrive in order to give him top billing. When he realized that Turner was already part of the name, he threatened a lawsuit then stormed out of the meeting muttering something about hoping Tina was home...
Bachman Turner Overdrive was in fact just a 4 speed. Overdrive was just marketing.
