Line 6 HX Effects

Why not split the difference and use a Stomp and Effects?
Yup.

Gotcha. I was hoping it was a tiny wireless kit because I need something that size for my board :roflmao:
Nope, it’s nothing fancy like that. It just guarantees I’ve always got a fully charged battery available (I have two body packs and 3 batteries, so always one in the charger). It’s powered via the USB port in my PowerMax, so I don’t have to waste an outlet to power it.

haha that’s what I said. Like 2 years ago. (Not saying you wont delve. I’m just saying I still haven’t much. A little with the HXFX but not so much so far on this new board I did. Not sure if I want to go that way yet or not). And I’m still not even scratching the surface of the midi potential on my board. And I’m STILL largely ecstatic about my board atm. I just revamped it again today because I put new feet on it. To raise it up a bit for some clearance issues I was having. Love it! Your board is amazing though. Really dig it. I still want to get toppers for the stomp. Those clear ones look pimp.

I keep swapping the C4 and SY1 out with one another. I’m diggin a couple of the readymade sounds in the SY1 atm hence it’s appearance.

Did you end up getting toppers? I'm looking at a set for my hxfx but can't stomach spending $80+ for the barefoots. Know of any that keep the touch capabilities via screw??

Dude, just no :rollno::thumbsdown::dead: haha I couldn’t use that setup man. That would kill me with all that everywhere haha not knockin ya in any way mind you. I just see that and I’m like “I can’t take it!” Nice selection of pedals though for sure!!! I too have the stomp as well as the fx. I’ve tonight about putting them on the same board......that could be a lot o fun.....

Oh believe me I don’t like it and couldn’t gig with the wires like that. I’ve made so many changes recently though that I don’t want to commit to custom length cables.

Nope, it’s a Pedaltrain Novo 18 with the Pedaltrain boosters on the second row.
Geez, the theoretical boards I've been building on Pedal Playground have been on a Novo 18. Perfect size!

Don't you start, I've been fighting something similar! :D
The struggle is real brother. The thing that's keeping on the straight and narrow is how much outlay I'd need for a new board to fit, and a more powerful power supply.
Repeat after me: "my LT is great, I am happy with my LT" etc etc

I just bought a Source Audio C4 yesterday which has restarted the pedalboard that I'd completely sold off after getting an LT.

I think, at most, I'll keep the LT and will have one of the Temple Audio Solo 18's or a tiny Pedaltrain board just for a handful of pedals.

This is probably the most sensible option.
My plan is to sell my HX Effects and PT Metro 24, thenget a PT nano, slap my old CS6 under it so I can keep my tuner and tender octaver, and grab some kind of ambient looping device.

I added the last piece to my hx board yesterday - the cabM. My word this thing is incredible.

I've got foundation patches for each of the dr tone lab onboard preamps (sadowsky, audere, nordstrand, darkglass) and then build upon them depending on what i want.

Dare I say, this is the happiest I've ever been with my rig. All centered around the hxfx.View attachment 3924979
Wow, looking good. Is the CabM therefore your preamp?
And what brand is that exp. pedal? Looking slim and gorgeous ;)

Still playing lol. The volume pedal is a tapestry audio bloomery - active version but the passive can be an expression pedal.

And I lied. I just scored a full shure GLX-D16 wireless kit for 150. So THAT is the final piece
