Nice! Do you run your electrics, or an URB through that?
Pictures? I love Don's workmanship.yeah, Don built me a 2 x 15 cab w/ PR400s. i have since gone the mini-cab route, but every time i pull out the LDS cab to snap some sell pics, i end up playing through it instead. then i put it back in the corner where it's been living under the moving blankets. one of these times i need to follow through!
it's back in the corner under the blankets. kind of a plain-jane ( can i say that? ) cab, not one his fancy jobs. very easy to transport. blk steel grill, blk duratex, ported. doesn't sound plain-jane! can't myself to sell it.Pictures? I love Don's workmanship.
Before he moved out to the West coast, he worked out of Detroit, which is very close to me. I always picked my cabs up when he was done building them. We would hang for an afternoon in his shop and shoot the poopie about bass. Don is also a bass player himself, and also builds guitar cabs and PA boxes.Don is a really cool guy. When I ordered my cab ( several years ago now, ) we talked bass for quite awhile.
