Do you need to replace the battery on an active bass? Another possible cause for a "fart" when you are digging in may be the need for a new 9 volt.

Im still lovin my 16/6 with my pre/pwr set up but it does seem to take a lot of juice to light it up. I cant make it get loud enough with my 400+ so I need to have Don do a cab for the toob head.
I just wish I could decide what to have built. A light weight 810 sounds cool but I think Id go with two single 15s with the 3015 non-lf drivers in it if I was sure I could get enough spl with the 400+. Decisions decisions
