Still with the Neo112 II's, right?
Yes, they pair up really nicely! The Walkabout warmed up the sound a bit. Overall, a much smoother sound too. I found them paired with the MB2-500 to be a bit bright and harsh. I was dialing sound out, so to speak. This sounded good flat, much less with a little EQ tweaking. Dialing in some low mids really gave them a nice fat punch. Sounded great with both my Metro Will Lee and my new fretless G&L JB (playing not included)!
. The room is about 40x20' with an 8' ceiling. Drums and vocals through the PA. The WA/LDS nEarful 15/6 completely filled the room easily with thick, chocolate fatness. The 175 watts were plenty. I had the gain at 1 o'clock and master at noon (passive Am Fender J5). She didn't even feel warm after 4 hours. IME, when I don't go through the PA, that's close to as large a gig as the WA can do at 8 Ohms with my 15. The pair of Scout 12s gets significanly louder and can handle a bigger venue. Man, I really wish that 15 was a 4 Ohm cab. Then I would not really need my M9. The Scout 15 comes in 4 Ohms but its' single side handle is so woefully inadequate for it's size and 50 lb weight that I am reluctant to go back to it.
