I love MESA amps (M6 and WA) well we found these amps (specialy M6) are low voltage sensitive. We have experience just with couple of 230V versions over here...well i see some other TBers has similar problem in US. Time to time they lost bottom end or volume...shame Mesa mum![]()
You can do this with the top cover off; no need to reinstall...just don't reach in there and touch stuff while it's plugged in.
To remove the tube, pull up, while wobbling it in a very slight circular motion.

Mine did that all the time too. Sounded like frying bacon. Tube swaps had no effect.
