I've been feeling kinda proggy lately so I've been listening to Fates Warning, Divine Regale, Porcupine Tree, and Riverside. Oh and Rush's 'Snakes and Arrows'.

Last week I was kicking it old school with Maiden, Priest, Ozzy, and Sabbath. Oh and Dio.

I've been listening to a lot of Between the Buried and Me and Protest The Hero. I always listen to Dream Theater.

Just saw 'em monday night with clutch and graveyard. F'in killer show! My ears are still ringing a bit.

The bassist from the sword was also playing a Squire vintage vibe 50's P-bass too! Just killer tone the entire time, out of every band all night.

I'm actually listening to quite a bit of jazz as of late, so any metal that's jazzy I'm listening to, though not exclusively. What'd be sweet to find is a stoner / sludge group which uses fretless guitars (not necessarily fretless bass only), given I'm really into fretless playing right now also.
