Sounds like if you lived in C-bus Ohio, we would be playing shows together!

Oh man, I haven't been to the Fox in probably 20 years.
But no, haven't heard of Nukem (awesome name BTW) , weird because I've been going to a lot of locals stuff lately....are they old band members of yours?
Actually WaldoNova, sorry bro you got #14I've been a Metalhead for years. From Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Metallica, Queensryche, Accept, Dream Theater, Black Sabbath, Megadeath and many more.

I think a lot of people (outside of the metal community) would be surprised by how intelligent and educated the metalhead fan base is.Actually, there are probably a lot of Heavy Metal fans that are English majors, but surely not a majority.
It'd been interesting to see how our stereotype would change if we all started wearing suits and tiesMetalheads are notoriously intelligent. The biggest assumption about someone wearing a Slayer shirt is mostly religious.
Alot of us do! I know lawyers, Dr.'s, Dentist's and restaurant/retail managers who are metalheads. I see your point and agree with you wholeheartedly though. It'd been interesting to see how our stereotype would change if we all started wearing suits and ties

People who openly stereotype are the ones who show ignorance.
Metalheads have always had intellectual tendencies. Lyrics that are socially conscious, literature based and from a unique perspective are predominant in most metal bands.
