The Brewers just swept the Red Sox. Wow. A walk off grand slam last night and another walk off hit this afternoon. There are still too many runners on third with less than 2 outs that are stranded, but they're getting the Ws now.

Yankees and Dodgers, huh? I guess I’ll root for rain.
Did you watch tonight? What a great game. It’s what baseball is all about. Dodgers pulled it off against the best starter in baseball so far this season. When the offense is clicking, the Dodgers are deadly.

And without Mookie! The early start got me. I was working outside ‘til about 6:00 so missed the onslaught. Maybe Muncy is finally finding a groove. Pages ended a great month. Edman seems to be recovered. And Freddie is Freddie. Go Dodgers!
The Brewers walked off two in a row earlier in the week and the Mariners walked off two in a row over the weekend. I love some exciting baseball.
After a very disappointing series where the Jays got swept in Tampa ~10 days ago, they went on to win a tight series in Texas, and then they came home and swept the A's in four games over the weekend. Most importantly, the lineup produced a minimum of 8 runs in each of the four games vs. the A's. Five game win streak! Finally they are scoring! You love to see it. I'm disappointed that today is an off-day. Tomorrow the Phils come to town. That's going to be a challenge.
Well at least you got to bed earlier than you otherwise might have. I have mixed feelings about the rule.
I was at that game last night. Going again tonight. At least the Dodgers also lost last night.
The good news was that Webb was lights out through 8 innings and 7 Ks. But, need mo hits, guys. Lots more.
Also, it's a blast when the entire ball park erupts when "JUNG HOO LEE!" steps up to bat.

The Mariners have stunk for a couple of weeks. Oh, well. Better now than at the end of the season.
Well the Dodgers managed to take two of three and split four with the Yankees and Mets at home. This weekend they’re away at St. Louis and then in San Diego. Some great games against good teams. The Padres series San Diego will like be crazy.
