I would just like to share my experience in repairing a chip on the back of my modulus neck. It wasn't very large but felt very rough. It was directly behind the 10th fret so it was something that bothered me. I didn't want to have it get worse so I used [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]. This is a epoxy like substance that I've used before. I placed a small amount on the chip and let it harden then smoothed it out the best I could with 600-2000 grit sandpaper. I've only hand buffed the finish with car wax and polish but it's worked well enough so far. It's not perfect when held up to the light, but it feels smooth and the chip is completely covered. I'd take a picture but honestly due to the clearness of the epoxy, I can't seem to capture it well enough. I would highly recommend this to any one else who may have a chip that needs repair. If you're brave enough to try it, it's at best a 30-40$ repair after you buy the sand paper and the epoxy. You can find the envirotex lite at hobby lobby.
