I'll take a number for my fretted 1993 Quantum 6 SPi Custom. I'm the original owner. It's got a quilt maple top in Black Cherry Velvet with a matching tinted neck, Bartolini soapbars, and a 3-band NTMB preamp with two coil-splitter switches.
I'm not an expert on Nordstrand pickups, but I have owned Moduli with Barts. I had a bass with big singles and it was a snarling beast, very aggressive sounding.
The Barts to some can sound muddy in the mid range frequencies, but this is sometimes balanced out by the relatively bright sound of a modulus neck and phenolic fingerboard.
The Nordstrands will likely sound more aggressive, clearer and open sounding. The Bart 3 band is one of my favorite preamps and I can't imagine it not agreeing with the Nordstrands, although I have no direct knowledge of that. I have owned several basses with that preamp and am currently using a Lull M5 with Duncans and the Bart pre.
As far as switching back to the Barts, that all depends on your tone goals. The Barts will probably sit well in a mix, but might need some tweaking from the pre to be heard in a dense mix. The Nordstrands will probably be more discernible in a busy mix with less tweaking. IMHO, IME and all that jazzzz.
BTW, 35" scale Q4 ??

I've never been the kind of guy to join clubs based on gear, but I'm seriously considering joining the mob!

Just curious about what mobbers are stringing their moduli with.
I've got Dean Markley SR2000s on my Q6...They taper over the saddles but are back to full size by the time they come close to the bridge pickup. They sound bright and snappy, and with the help of the neck pickup and a slight roll-on of the bass eq, sound nice and full with definition. FYI, my pickups are currently P/J EMG45s.
