I get their email updates periodically. I haven't bought anything from them yet, but from what I can tell, they are a small shop with internet sales. I wouldn't expect them to have the sophisticated inventory tracking system that MF, Music123, Zzounds, and other large e-dealers have.

BTW: Next day shipping rates, just like 2nd Day Air, etc., are based on the Shipper (UPS, FedEx) not when the store sends it out. UPS and FedEx takes 3-5 days to get things to Hawaii from the mainland when shipped 2nd Day Air. Its just the way it is.

I had a bad experience with Music123 and their alter ego Woodwind Brasswind or whatever. I ordered a bass from Music123, heard nothing, got no responses, ordered the same from WB, no response. Both sites had said they would e-mail when the bass was shipped so I figured I could cancel whichever order was second but both basses showed up at my house the same day with no e-mail at all. OK, it was a dumb, impatient thing to do but I was waiting quite a while. So I had to foot the bill for return shipping on one. I don't like being left in the dark.
