By the way : if you take a look at the highest strings (so higher than the high F string), are they guitar strings?

Kalium makes every string for that bass, and at least a hundred more.Where do you buy strings for something like that?
They feel similar, but I'm sure are made differentlyBy the way : if you take a look at the highest strings (so higher than the high F string), are they guitar strings?
Ah. I went to their site and checked out all the models, this explains why I couldn't find it lol.Custom build
The body shape is called namor. It comes in two versions, a fishtail (like mine) or a spike. All of his designs can be made into a single cut shape. So that's what mine is.Ah. I went to their site and checked out all the models, this explains why I couldn't find it lol.
I don't know what they all are. I did not come up with them. The builder used the sets that he had. I believe the lowest string is a .132. I don't know the rest. I will be buying a matched set at some point in the future. What are the string gauges? and how did you come up with them?
Oh awsome. This is the kind of thing I've been interested in, especially since moving to a 6 string and playing a lot of tapping. May I ask what application you have in mind for the two lowest strings? I've always wondered what I would even do with a sub low B, the higher ones are a bit easier to imagine with guitar like chording and such. The body shape is called namor. I'd highly recommend it, it's been nothing but gravy since I received it.Oh awsome. The four string is my squier 70s jazz. It's intention will be session playing. I've been playing on my fretless for so many years, it was nice to have a fretted bass again.
Kool!! any Videos playing the 11String by any chance ?
