All we have right now is re-living our glory days but the stats from that game are still amazing for a #1 vs #2.

On Defense: -28 rushing yards, safety, seven sacks, and three interceptions, including one returned for a touchdown.

On Offense: 524 rushing yards. No need to add anything else.

He's now come to Bama and had two back-to-back undefeated regular seasons in 3 years, rebuilt pretty much from ash after years of probation and poor recruiting. If all you look at is national titles, then yeah...Meyer wins. His situation is a bit different. Saban however has done incredible work with two different schools inside of a decade. If Bama win's the NC this year, then his number of titles will equal Urban's, and he will have done it at two different schools. He should definitely win Coach of the Decade if that happens.

It's not just about the two national titles. Urban took over a Utah team that went 5-6 in 2002 (and had a losing record in the MWC) and went 12-0 with them two years later (including a 35-7 beatdown of Pitt in the Fiesta Bowl). And since he left, Utah's averaged nine wins a season.

And speaking of that, he's been absolute money in marquee games: 2-0 in SEC championship games and 3-0 in BCS bowl games, including the two national title games. His teams have won every one of those five games by double digits, too.

Wow...this is awesome. Our suite is at the Bama end if the field so it feels like I am the only Gator here. There is one other woman in our suite wearing Gator gear.

One observation.....Bama fans do NOT like the Gators. Not even a healthy respect. Most of the Bammers I met so far have been quite unpleasant.

Well my Houston Cougars blew it in their title game. As long as Texas wins tonight though I'll be happy.


I bet Pitt's kicker is going to be on suicide watch tonight. Bama-Florida will be a fun game to watch.
