New Aguilar AG 700!

I agree -it's worded a little funny (no offense intended @MAFbass1992).

I've found Aguilar CS is great, so hopefully they will get your questions answered. Maybe they are slow cuz of the thing going on right now?
Oh yeah no doubt. I love what I've heard online, but I also love TH DI and Darkglass pre's and to be able to switch between them if I wanted.

why do you need 500 watts? if the fan is too loud it would seem that you really don't need that much power. a fanless 50 watt amp would do
The answer is rather self evident: It's nice to have a head that will work in a variety of situations. For example, the GK MB Fusion heads initially had noisy fans, but the later ones don't. You can use them in a church or intimate jazz setting.

Does anyone have experience with this amp and a TBird? I was looking for an amp with a sweepable eq but the AG700 has been on my mind for awhile. Not sure if those mid points crossover work well for the Thunderbird

Zombie revival -
Does anyone on here have any information about the comparison for the V1 against the V2 AG700? I know the basics about the 2 DI outs and other additions on the back etc., but does it sound and feel the same is what I am more curious about.
