New Fender Rumble Stage 800?

I finally jumped on buying the Stage 800 when the price dropped in December, the reaction of my bandmates solidified my satisfaction. We play a variety of styles and i was quickly able to find a few presets that fit different songs and made the overall sound come through as we intended.
I was playing and redfaced SWR Basic 300 for awhile and still like it, but was worried about overheating it running extra cabs. But it also got muddy at times.
The 800 paired with my 2x10 goliath jr or a Bugera 1x15, gives a ton of versitility. I can go from shaking the whole house to articulate funk to gritty metal just on the foot switch.
Played a couple bar shows so far and i found it was loud but clear. I could completely fill the low end with volume but not muddy up the rest of the sound. My bandmate plays accordian and uke and were able to still hear him on stage, even during punk and hard rock/metal numbers
I have had some noted bugginess with the bluetoith connecting, but have been told to turn off the wifi except when pulling updates, still have to try that.
The preset assignment is a little cumbersome on the amp, but workable and quick to figure out. Through the app it is easier and editing is much more visually relevant, like using bias Fx or the like on a computer.
There are desires and quirks as with anything that packs the whole house into a box. I love this purchase and have been impressed with what i can do. Its simple to walk into a gig with 45lb combo and a small foot pedal and be able to do everything you need, even loop that repetative bass line and rehydrate while your guitar player is enrertaining himself on an extented solo!
All the tones are in there. Compact, light weight, powerful, simple to use. Though i feel for anyone that had that screen go out, that would really suck!
There are probably other comparables for the price, but this thing holds it own. Definately worth it at the $800 sale price.

Yes, the wifi needs to be off unless actually updating the software. Come and learn and share with other Stage and Studio owners. ;)
