There's been pictures out there, but I haven't been able to find any solid details until I came across this video. I'm building some major GAS over here.

it looks like the legacy has a mute switch but the fusion has pull mute....they must not have read the mesa m9 threads on here

At NAMM in January, I was told the releases of the various models would be a few months apart. Plans may have changed.
