Upon receiving it I noticed it was setup for 230v, so I removed cover and moved jumper to cn1 and jumped cn9 on board so it would be 120v. Hooked it up, played with knobs a bit and was blown away by the sound. The feature set is probably one of the best I have seen by Markbass, and this one is actually made in Italy too!! The first show I played with it was great, there we're musicians from other bands there that said my amp sounded awesome when we we're on a break. I have many different heads and this maybe my favorite, I guess time will tell. Markbass also has a new line of neo cabs that have mind blowing options, and are very light weight. I plan on adding one of the cabs soon. gallien krueger 400rb

I just bought an MB58R CMD 151 Pure combo from Thomann and it is also wired for 230v and 50Hz. Any chance I could get a photo showing what you did on the inside of the amp?

Interesting. I'm torn between this and the LittleMark IV. They seem to have identical specs other than the front loaded jacks on the 58R. Is the casing all ABS? Does it seem lighter than the LittleMark3?
I just received the 151 Pure version and thought I would add a few pictures to the conversation. It looks and feels Great. I didn't realize there was a power issue until I tried it out.

Not planning on getting one of the new heads, but I did snag one of the 210 Energy cabs, in 4 ohms. This thing is barely 20lbs! The plan is for this to be my public transit hand-cart solution, with a little Mesa D-350 that can run at its full wattage because the cab is 4 ohms. Small but mighty! The other pair of 112s is my "big" rig for when I'm driving somewhere that needs the power; it used to be one of those two for the small gigs, but I didn't like being forced to run the Mesa at 175w as a result.

Wow! That's about 12 lbs less than my 102P cabs. Amazing!! I have the Mesa D-350 as well. A wonderful amp! How do you like the MB58R cab paired up with the Mesa?

So far so good! This cab seems to also have the inherent MB mid-bump built into the sound, but turning the Voice knob on the Subway up a wee bit compensates for that well.

Truly, what I can say is that it sounds exactly how you expect a MarkBass cab to sound! These speakers are still basically brand new, and could use a touch more breaking in, but that will come with time. So yeah, it's still the classic Mark sound, just in a lighter, slightly larger package; this thing is a good inch or two deeper than my Traveller 121, which I already thought had a big caboose lol.

Awesome, I am looking at the 210 4 ohm as well. They are very light, and suit me fine for most all of my gigs except for our outdoor shows I will have to bring out the heavy gear lol.
