True, as long as you wire it correctly since it's not just two on/off switch using two cables, but rater two switches using one TRS cable...I'll wait thanks!

Wondering if with the para EQ bypassed, set the Bass, Passive Mid and Treb get one tone, then add the para EQ for another tone, sort of a two channel setup. My head supposed to arrive Mon, but cant test bypass until the footswitch is available. Hate the wait!
Build a two button switch, they're just on/off switches
I still use the HP 48G and GX. I have a hard time with anything else.True, but one thing I saw teaching chemistry through the mid 90s to '00, students relied on the calculator and had no idea about approximation and orders of magnitude. Using a slide rule, you have to understand that first. I lost track of the times a student would come to office hours with wrong answers, I'd ask them, "does that seem like a reasonable number?" and they would stare at me.
Then I smashed their calculator with a hammer. Or at least wanted to
Well, unless it was an HP w/RPN...I still have my 15C somewhere...
Arriving Monday. Longish trip from CA to south FL.Anyone that ordered the WD800 get it yet? Eager to hear the reviews!![]()

Ah! I had an SR-50 also. Cool to be able to run custom routines on it.When I was in the mood for RPN the HP-35 was the calculator of choice for me in the early/mid 70's. On most days the TI SR-50 worked fine and I found it simpler to use. Both made my K&E slide rule pretty much obsolete as time went on.
You could do this, we also have a universal 2 button footswitch with LEDs but without the Subway graphics available and in stock if you don't want to wait. I will post the link when I get back to the shop.
You sure do how to sidetrack our GAS, lolLong time HP-25 user here

The cabs.

Someone on the first page of this thread put a link to the mesa store in CA. After some info in this thread and another one I was convinced and ordered it from there. Andy mentioned they had some burning in and I guess their store had first crack on shipping out. I can't wait!Lucky you! I ordered from Sweetwater on Day One and they told me that mine’s not due in until early to mid-January.
Was that video's audio portion messed up somehow or was that the actual demo? I thought the playing on the WD-800 demo was superb and really showed off the features of the product with some nice playing. Maybe this is just a musical style I don't understand.Love my D-800+ and would love to have a new 2x12.....but could that demo have been any worse? Play the dang instrument already!
