yes! the CN212 is my favorite cab too ... just makes any amp I've tried sound as good as it possibly can.I really liked the head through the CN212. This is my favorite cab with the the original WA and the WD-800 absolutely sings with that cab.

Yes, it will if he's not very careful and doesn't exercise good judgement and common sense. Even with the 8 ohm cabinet, though running the amp in 2 ohm Mode will help by reducing the rated power to 300 watts from 400 watts.
hi Andy
I am even better! And i didn 't see the vid!
Fret noise?
we all hate fret noise!
I hope your amp shows every little detail! (I hope to play one soon!)
Only an amp that forgives nothing will produce a good sound!

thx
edit: nobody else does!!!!!

another edit: fret noise
sorry!
I think a lot of other factors are in play other than the amp. Playing style, strings, string height, tone desires, active basses.Man...Marcus can really play.
I do not care for his tone, at all. Never really have.
Also: Tal is fantastic.
I do not care for her tone at all here either.
If I'm seeing correctly, in both cases they're playing EBS rigs. So maybe it's those I don't like. I've never played one or met one in person; if that's what they do, I wouldn't like them.
I've heard MM sound like that frequently. I've heard Tal sound much better frequently, but I can't recall what amplification she was using.
It might be their basses that sound bad.. both active J Style ?Man...Marcus can really play.

Plus Marcus is using Markbass right now. Still sounds the same.Man...Marcus can really play.

That's my point, you sound like you, because of the tone choices you make. Not necessarily the bass you play.I play a Sadowsky MV5 like what Tal plays, and it doesn't sound much like that.
Yes, Head and cab pair great together, but all my heads sound great with this cab. But the WD may be the best. But still playing with the para EQ. Can get a lot of different tones....and did I mention it's got some balls!Don't know, it's mtsens 1 rig. I just reposted it.
Ask him > mtsens1
From the looks of it,
I'd say it sounds killer

Exactly this.I might have missed it but...
