Trying to decide between a 115 and 215 for my light rig. Seems like 215 is really the call. Only 20lbs heavier and it has wheels. Its just strange to be looking at a 2x15 as the ultimate portable rig ...

Correct, with the following disclaimer... there is a bit of a difference in the high end due to one tweeter versus two, but much of this has been compensated for within the crossover.
@agedhorse , this is a question you may or may not be able to answer, but do you have some sort of rider in a contract, or just a verbal agreement, that allows you to support GB while employed by MB?

I'm running the WD-800 through two Subway 2x12's right now. Played a few shows with them, and I can confirm they are what you want them to be! Obviously, your tone is going to depend on many factors, but the 2x12's handle it all, no problem. I've played the Subway 1x12, 1x15, and 2x10's, but these 2x12's are my favorite, with the punch and clarity of the 10 inch speaker, with the low end of the 15. It doesn't hurt that two 2x12's stacked on top of each other looks SICK, as well!

It's "complicated", but as the "engineer of record" for most of these products, I'm in the best position to handle this task.
I was involved from the beginning of Genz Benz amp development all the way through the KMC and Fender eras. All of the companies involved (Genz Benz, KMC, Fender and Mesa) have customer service as a priority and do care very much about those players who supported their respective product lines with their gear purchases so it's really a no brainer to continue doing so with full support of all concerned.
This is what attracted me to Jeff Genzler in the first place (and his current company Genzler continues with this same attention to customer service), which continued unchanged through KMC, Fender and now JAM Industries.
No surprise that when I looked for a new gig, Mesa was an obvious fit for exactly the same reasons, and because of this, they too are on board because supporting players as I do is very much in line with their own dedication to customer service.
Good companies can all step back and support "doing the right thing" by allowing (and encouraging) anything that improves the customer service experience. While it's one thing to talk the talk, I think this is a prime example of companies walking the walk.
Randall is involved in a casual way, and in fact I have studied the 50 year evolution of his designs and a bunch of concepts to incorporate where he might have gone if he wasn't so deeply involved with the guitar side of the business. R & D very much involves the melding of legacy ideas and concepts with newer approaches and technology. This is an area where Randall and I have the most collaboration.

Thank You.. although I love 15’s .. this Mesa 2x12 seems to be perfect for my needs. The double 15 is awesome but just a bit too big for my situation..

I could see that, but after having a pair of the SW115s, they're about perfect *for me* - one of them will actually cover the majority of my gigs these days, and the pair will definitely cover the rest, while still being very easy to move...

The official system in Canada is metric since 1975 but in everyday situation everybody use both. I still do wood work in inches but buy fuel in liter at the pump and we use the same 19'' rackmount, even in Europe and UK they mix systems at their convenience.
I still can't do weight in kilograms and height in metres! But driving distance is in kilometres and volume is litres. And rooms size has to be measured in feet and inches, of course!
Me too there is some things which is more obvious than others, it goes with the use but I live well with both. It is exercising your mental computing in the day to day.

You know there is the old habit of morningman in radio station to make an absurd fake news as a joke to catch people that are still sleeping, one arrive with metric time: 100 sec / min, 100mins / hour, 10 days / week, 10 mounths / year.

I'm surprised that Davey YouTuber doesn't get tons of gear sent to him. He has massive eyeball counts on content.
