New MXR pedals

Is this based on the M134 with flanger and true bypass added, or is it a new design? What bucket brigade chips does it use?

Thanks, Alex. Yes they're Bass and Treble EQ controls, and the Crossover and Flanger controls are just two small push buttons. The layout makes for a very effective pedal. I already have the Analog Chorus, but this is a lusher, more detailed effect.

I will be getting both asap...

I loved my PL, and if the OD preserves the low end a little better it will be pretty much perfect.
FYI
we make it a point to keep the low end intact on all MXR Bass Innovation products. We are bass players too, making products that will work in the real world of gigging bassist.

Looking forward to the Chorus. I'll have to se how it fares against the Analog Chorus. Which do you prefer, Vegas?

Also, lullbass... I definitely have a lot of love for Dunlop/MXR/Way Huge. all my modulation and delay is MXR (Analog Chorus, Carbon Copy, Phase 90, Micro Flanger) and my dirt is way Huge (Pork Loin and Swollen Pickle). Even if none of those are dedicated bass pedals, I'm quite satisfied with each of them.

Agree!

Might gonna start a new MXR-exclusive pedalboard :D

If you like the pork loin... you're gonna love the Bass OD! more volume and bit more aggressive. At half the weight and space on your board!
