Sounds great Rick, but I can't recall a video you've posted that didn't sound great..even the EUB's (like you I've owned and subsequently sold both an Eminence and a BSX Allegro). I suspect this is due to the common denominator in all of your videos
I also have Perpetuals on both of my basses now, and the new set on the Roth is noticeably brighter than the set that I installed on the Wunderlich in July. The older set is darker, although they still have good clarity and some growl when you want it. I wonder if the fact that I rented the Wunderlich out a few times hastened this change. The guy who used it changes his Spirocores every quarter, so I assume he's pretty hard on bass strings.

I’m also noticing my perps are getting darker. Not bad but I did a heavy week before my break and noticed less mwah
/ growl unless I intentionally dig it out. These still have a good 8 months or so left in them (for my ears). Remember this is coming from someone who changed their spiros every year. These are just about where I would expect a Spiro set to be after 7 months
