Omnipharious said:I'm going to be doing my first build soon, and I was wondering how you route (or routed; I can't tell if you have or not yet) from the control cavity to the pickup cavities?
this is, yet again, another beauty! i hope that someday i can build somethig as nice as this.
Amazing bass, like all Prat´s. Hope someday I will be able to build basses like this
Then, I taked of the rest of the neck, just arriving to the end of the fingerboard. This drum sander that i built just work awesome!

Oscar, beautiful woods and finish! I can't wait to see it fully dressed and ready to go![]()
I Love how the black stripe carries on going up the fingerboard!
Does making the body lower than the neck make it so neck angle is not necessary? Looks like a cool way round it.
Thank you! For real, it was pure coincidence, and I love it, too!
Yes, you are right, we don't need angle making the body lower than the neck. I think it is a more natural way to play. I normally try to make a 10mm of height, around 5mm with the fretboard and 5mm with the neck. So, you have a perfect balance for any playing style, like finger style, or agressive slap.
