New Quilter bass amp!

The dock system was already present when the BB800 came out, if I remember correctly. Or they came out a the same time, maybe.

Yes, IF it's in the dock. I'm sure there are plenty of situations in which pretty much anyone would bring just the head and not the cab, or I would say not the Quilter's cab (IF you have one in the first place). I mean, it's just a little bag that doesn't cost that much, I think they should inlcude one in the package.

What about all your other junk? Do you have other junk? Ext chord, batteries, strings, DI box, spare cables, pedals, 1/4"TRS to XLR adaptors, etc... or does all that fit in your existing gig gab and amp bag? Or are you like one of those "I plug into the amp guys"?

Inquiring minds want to know.

My primary rig can be carried in one trip. Tote bag has BB800, power, speaker, instrument, and XLR cables, power strip, and DI box (just in case). Bass in a Gig bag with back pack straps. Bag End 1x15 cab. I can haul everything a few city blocks and up stairs as needed.

My old rig required three times the effort at a minimum!

I always put my bass head in its bag along with a speaker cable. My bass in a gig bag, spare strings and tools in the outside pocket of the gig bag.

Wireless system and spare cable go into my backpack, along with a change of clothes, a towel and set lists.

I've always tried to have 3 things... bass (in a gig bag or case along with a few things), speaker box, and case (which has amp, di, all cables, tuner, etc).

I've recently started using a pedal board, and now have 4 things (2 cases). It's killing me!!!

Don't need any DI OR XLR adaptors because my gigs are without PA support most of the time And yes I have room for extra strings, my one pedal with wall wart and extra cables in my bass gig bag. If I needed the rest, it would still fit. If I do play with PA support, the places I'd play will have that stuff, I know this for a fact so there's that.

The bag that came with my 800 holds pretty much nothing in the front pocket. New bag looks more user friendly.

I can get the power cable, 2 speaker cables, and a TS to XLR cable in the 2.0 bag no problem.

I think the issue is that it doesn't come with the BB802. The BB800 bag I would imagine will continue with the old bag.

Having said that 37 euros doesn't sound too bad.

I think they said the BB802 would not fit in the older bag. I have both I'll check for you.

Nice. That makes way more sense. The old bag is a tight fit.

The 802 is just a tad deeper than the 800... does not fit in the older bag. See pics

That's what I do. Bass, cables and tuner in the gig bag, BB800 in its bag, cabinet. One trip, and I'm ready.

Until they finish those old bags, I guess? I agree that 37 euros doesn't sound bad, so they should include the cover with an almost 700 euros amplifier.
