New SX P bass....whadda ya think...??

Go add to cart , type in 10 instead of one bass. A error icon will pop up saying sorry we cannot complete this transasction only 9 are in stock currently or something along those lines.I did that with the black model as well so there are only 18 available for now.

Sometimes though, there are 10 in stock...I always type something like 4456 in the quantity...and the price is really funny...:D

we're going to need a 12 step SX program soon

just one more SX and then im done for good

:eek:NO!!!

I don't have a problem...really I don't...I only have 3 of them anyway....for now.....see? No problem.....

Unless of course, by 12 step program you mean first you buy 3 or 4 SX basses one at atime, then you buiy a few more, then 3 at one time...then buy some more.....see? No problem!
:D

well i am just looking at that douglas canoe paddle neck heck it has no skunk stripe its just a solid hunk of maple thats white and has a huge ugly headstock, that neck is FUGLY AS ****:D

BUT i know there are many talented people amongst us and and know someone could cut it down tele shape and reranch tint it and OMG it would be sweet looking.

See....now you are thinking! Shape that sucker and have some fun! Then it is truly one of a kind....
:D

Me too etechstan, if they are always there when I come back from my ''vacation'' I'll buy one. Buy a Quarter Pounder in the case the I hate the pickup and I'll kahlerize it.

It will be Modern-vintafe style!!!

But seriously I hope they'll have some more in more color when I'll come back in August.

Well I don't know about the neck being in two pieces or not but I do know that the shape of that headstock is not going to cut it with me. So.......Kurt if you are reading this and you have any background in marketing and sales volume you will see that Rondo has been selling SX basses out the k'zoo with the current headstock design and any change would be ludicrous. So please hear this plea and don't make any changes to the SX bass line, and bring back the original line... LPB 62 jazz with matching headstock and replacement necks with block inlays etc. We SX owners what to be proud and happy with our axes just like we are now. Don't be running us off to buy a Squire or whatever.

While I love the current headstock as much as the next guy, I'm afraid Kurt has little control over the issue. SX basses are made by Team International (I believe is the name). Kurt is the distributor in the US for Team Int. Kurt may have some suggestive input, but if Team Int wants/has to change the headstock, it is ultimately their call. :hmm:

Here's their website; I don't see the new bass though.....
