youre vids are cool. i reckon youre great at what you do, and sound musically sharp and consistent. although at times i do see what people mean about the double thumb technique, about it sounding rather mute or what have you, but this did not ruin it for me since it was done well and added to the style. good funky playing man! keep it up :D

jenich CZ, I really like your comment about this video :)

:D I was thinking about what to write :) so I wrote the first thing that I felt :))

But it is quite out of tune, isn´t it?

I cant comment to music like youre making in any other way, because I dont understand complicated music...I like pop music coverëd with jazz or whatever, but I need to hear simple melody. But do not worry about that...I dont enjoy Zappas music too, but I respect him as a composer and player...and so I respect you.

Anyway I really liked the video from Denver bassfest (or sth.) You play really interesting.:bassist:

Your comment on the video was very interesting especially now that you say you don't understand music that you feel is complicated,if you didn't understand it maybe you shouldn't have left the comment that the music was out of tune because to my ears it's definitely not.

but you are entitled to your opinion

And to be honest I'm not offended by the comment at all,it just reminded me of how people really are when they don't understand something,so instead of investigating it maybe just a little they decide to leave a comment that has no merit or some thing negative while hiding behind a screen name.

I am glad that I make a living playing Bass :)

p.s.
one of the guitarist that works with me came across that comment and brought it to my attention,he thought it was funny.

Wow, I absolutely just fell in love. There is a band called Sleepytime Gorilla Museum that has a sound quite similar to that but adds eerie noise and sludge into their sound.

That drum solo was hot as well.

Peace

Well, maybe it was stupid to leave a comment like this without further review...I just dont want to say, that its bad just because I dont like it.

Oh no...nevermind the music...I am just curious about the crowd, because when I look on some videos on youtube (videos from US) I see crowd acting very disrespectful (does this word even exist? ). You know, people chatting and yelling at another...I really hate acting like this. I mean take a look at Victor Wooten´s vids...He´s making a clown of himself so the crowd acts like on circus performance, but I dont get why on your performance they act the same way. Hope you´ll understand what I mean.

Its not about your band...Your band is cool...not my cup of tea, but cool..I respect it, honestly.

But the people..?! Maybe its because of another mentality or whatever, but I won´t play a note in atmospere like this. Hope you´ll get this right.

Edit: have to say, that not everytime people act like this but often.

I hate to burst your bubble but I have never played to a disrespectful crowd and the crowd in the video that you speak of for what it's worth were very receptive of what was going on plus most of the crowd knew who I was and kind of knew what to expect

And are you talking about the same Victor Wooten that you have attempted to clone :)
