Yes!Diamond Compressor = Glam Comp? @Johno Dunn ?
The MarkBass sim is really cool. And it only takes up one space!Did I see somewhere that there was a Markbass model on the B3n? What other amp models are available for download?

For me, the improved tone of the B3n was well worth the price of the unit. I found the older Zoom units stale compared to the B3n.Not to be redundant (but I will be), but it sounds better enough than the B3 to make the investment worth it? I've owned a B3 and now have a B1on and my main gripe has been all the button pushes needed to change any parameter on an amp model. I don't use effects outside of noise reduction and maybe a compressor - just amp and cab modeling.
Oh...one more thing...as it has already been mentioned, there are fewer effects in the B3n HOWEVER, the selection is better. There is a good mix of classic effects and some of the newest effects currently on the market. Some people, myself included, think the Darkglass effects are worth the price of the unit alone. Not to be redundant (but I will be), but it sounds better enough than the B3 to make the investment worth it? Sounds great! I'd be happy to trade all the ring modulations, phasers, flangers, other special effects I'll never use for additional well though out amp models and preamps.Oh...one more thing...as it has already been mentioned, there are fewer effects in the B3n HOWEVER, the selection is better. I hope they add back the Hartley HA3500 - it's been my favorite b3 model. Give me the GK model, the B-15 model, and a Markbass LM3 model back. I don't even mind if the Hartke model takes three screens to include at least part of the 10 band EQ.
Are the B15 and Marbass models downloads not listed in the effects list? I see the Minimark listed, but that's just the VLE and VPF filters.I hope the same. Hartke and GK are still missing, B15 and Markbass have been included.
You are right about the minimark.
The b15 have been released togheter with new ampeg cabs.
I also want to be able to make an amp/cab patch and be able to send the amp/cab sound to FOH and just the amp sound to my bass rig on stage. We've got two outputs on the back - we should be able to configure what comes out of each.
You’ll need a Helix for that.I also want to be able to make an amp/cab patch and be able to send the amp/cab sound to FOH and just the amp sound to my bass rig on stage. We've got two outputs on the back - we should be able to configure what comes out of each.
Line 6 Helix? I'm good. Just a hobby bassist. $1500? Pfff. You’ll need a Helix for that.
Yep. Champagne taste - beer budget.Line 6 Helix? I'm good. Just a hobby bassist. $1500? Pfff.
Yup. I'm not in a band at the moment. If I'm not playing at church then I'm playing in my garage. I'm getting a B3n for me - I'm not sure anybody hearing me play where I play would ever notice the difference between the B1on I use now and a B3n.Yep. Champagne taste - beer budget.
