Mine glitches a bit... though it has trouble tracking some notes more than others, C# on the G string seems to give it quite a bit of grief. Though seeing as its digital tracking I'm guessing that Richard will be able to make improvements to the algorithm over time and it can be updated.

I really hope this is the case.

It's the c# on the g string that glitches the most for me too (on all my instruments) It kind of hits the note, wobble a tiny bit, then gives a distorted scream thing at at least an octave higher.

At least if the problems are consistent then there's a greater chance of them being addressed quickly.

Mine never froze at all with the original firmware. Mines functioned perfectly from the get-go. What exactly is causing it to freeze?

At the moment it seems to do it when I'm editing effects. Before the update it did it no matter what I was doing, but it seems to do it just when changing effects at the moment.

I had a few problems with it freezing for the first few days... it actually lost all functionality for a few days before the update was available. Since then I've had it freeze once on me.

Id just bother them. If you have waited till they said and have heard no more, then its reasonable to check in with them.

Well I emailed Richard about it he's sending me beta versions of firmware updates to try and see if it fixes it. Really good service!
