John is just as whiney as Jim, but he's a better coach, IMO. If he wasn't with the Ravens, I might be OK with him.

Lions - Browns in the Superbowl. My predictions are always absolutely correct, too, as you all know.

I'd love to see two teams that have never won one in this year's S.B.. ESPECIALLY the Lions. That'd be fantastic. But I fear it'll be the Niners or Cowboys from the NFC. If so, I'll be rooting for whichever team makes it out of the AFC. Even if it's the dang Ravens. (Which is hard to say for a lifelong Steelers fan...)

Perhaps a bit, but back to back losing seasons, this latest one being rough, are tough to put up with.
Vrabel did a fine job early, setting the bar high for expectations, then stopped meeting them. I didn't follow the Titans close enough to know exactly why they have been below 500 the last couple years, but I never did think Ryan Tanneyhill was a QB you wanted to rest you hopes and dreams for NFL success on.

Totally agree on Tannehill, and I told Funky Ghost as much when Miami traded him to the Titans. He's not bad, but he's never been great.

Rumor is they are looking at Dan Quinn as the replacement for Carroll. He's a defensive coordinator, but as I recall, he didn't do so well as a head coach. It's been a while, and I'm too lazy to figure out if Quinn ever was a head coach anywhere before. So there's that.

He was HC at Atlanta for six years. Highlight was the greatest SuperBowl choke ever. Just before the Atlanta stint he was DC at Seattle for two years, in both of which they went to the SB.
