Any players. Garrett is the best football player in the state of Ohio right now. And it’s not close. Any position.
In fact, you could draw a circle, nobody on the Bears, Colts, Packers, Vikings, Browns, Steelers or Bengals is a better football player.
And if I’m the Browns, you could fix their entire offense for the value they could earn for Garrett.

He's good, but in my opinion he's not better than any player on the teams you listed. I think the Bengals have better players than him. Heyward in Pittsburgh is better, TJ too in my opinion. The other teams on your list, I could agree with. Maybe I could debate the Vikings.

Garret is an outstanding player but lack character for the reason you stated. This doesn't seem to matter for the Browns and many other NFL teams.
Maybe the Browns could work a deal with the Ravens that includes Justin Tucker. He'd fit right in.
The problem is that it’s a meaningless metric. If you consider him one of the 15 best players in the league, simple math says more than half the teams in the league won’t have a single player as good as him. It tells you nothing about what impact he’d have for any of them, especially after subtracting the cost of a trade.
To put it another way, how many Super Bowls did the Bears win after trading for Khalil Mack?
I'd love to see Detroit get Myles. With him and Hutch (who was better than Garrett when he went down) and McNeil, you wouldn't be able to pass or run against that defense. You could do everything else though. I wouldn't have any argument with giving a couple of firsts and a third or maybe more for him. With that D coming back and that offense I want a Super Bowl. And the one thing that seems to defeat a QB like Mahomes is a bookend pass rush. I also don't want to see a Philly, San Fran, GB or Chicago get him. We've got the cap space, go do it!

There weren't any QB's in-between. Majkowski got injured and Favre took over.Because the QBs between Don Majkowski and Favre were terrible.
Crazy thing about Brian Billick is he was the offensive coordinator for the 1998 Vikings which was at the time the best offense in NFL history. Two years later he wins The SB as the head coach of "The Bullies of Baltimore" (one of the best defenses in NFL history).
That Vikings offense had a lot of talent. Randall Cunningham was still a very good passer, the WRs were Randy Moss and Cris Carter (both had 1000-plus yards), and the underrated Robert Smith was the back.

There were also Blair Kiel (1988-91, started 2 games), Anthony Dilweg (1989-90, started 7 games), and Mike Tomczak (1991, started 7 games) between those two.
Favre's first year in GB was '92 and Majkowski started the first 3 games until he got injured. But yeah, it's crazy GB started 4 different QB's from '88-91.
They just blew people away! Their total points record wasn't broken until the 2007 Patriots (which also had Moss lol). I honestly think that Vikings team losing was a much bigger upset than the 2007 Pats losing the Super Bowl. The 2007 Giants were gaining steam over the last half of the season, and a lot of people had them pegged as the one team with a serious chance of beating the Pats.
The Vikings lost because the law of averages caught up with Gary Anderson at the worst possible time. The Falcons didn’t beat them, and they really didn’t beat themselves. It was just dumb luck.
