Sorry about that one. I don't follow Steelers but they did put it to my Bears. I was rooting for them on Sunday and they came through. The ESPN(Eastern Seaboard Programming Network) causes me to dislike certain teams because they get on certain teams bandwagons and that is all you hear about. I wonder if they are going to talk about my Sox now that they won the big one.

I hope he can hold onto it in the Mile High air. You guys are in for a real good test. I think they can pull it out though. Should be a good game.

I definitely give the Steelers props, and I openly admit to being one of the billions who thought they would lose big to the Colts. I now take this moment to acknowledge my untrue ramblings.
Now, I think they can handle the Broncos. I think the Broncos *should* be an easier task than the Colts. Just one more game and Bettis plays the Superbowl in his home town. What an awesome end to an awesome career!!!

I make my picks realistically, not based on my fan status. My dad is a huge Giants fan. Every first and second string guy could be out with injury, and he'd still vehemently pick the Giants over ANYONE. He is slightly insane! With that being said, I do think the Steelers can manage the win in Denver.... Even though the Broncos are favored by 3.5.
The Call from the NFL Says, that INT overrule was a judgement call.

Oh well. Top Dog Referee (forgetting his name offhand) came out and said it was a bad call. Pittsburgh won regardless, so at least there is no serious harm from it.
It would have been nice to see Pittsburgh spank the Colts by more than 3, however.
You need to put down the crack pipe. Other than that overturned INT all the calls were going for Pittsburgh.gamera said:

I live less than 4 hours from Seattle, but there are probably more Pats fans here than Seahawks partisans. Lots of transplanted front-runners for both the Pats and the Squabs, although some have actually been long time fans like me. I lived in Seattle in the mid-80s when they were pretty good, so I'm definitely happy to see them put on a good show again for once.
I had a gig Saturday night, and they were showing the Pats game on a big screen on stage, so we had to wait for the end of the game to set up. There were at least 50 rabid Pats fans in there, plus maybe 20-25 Denver fans. It got really loud and rowdy, but only a little ugly, thankfully.
The officiating all weekend was fairly weak, to say the least. And all those graphical widgets are no bonus at all.

Heck even last night if he wasn't in there Carolina scores if he does not intercept that pass. The guy was wide open as was every receiver that went into the secondary. The problem is that fans, like me and you, will for the most part catch the non-calls that could help their team but not the ones that go against their team.

Take a look at my post since the game. I haven't said that the officiating was why the Colts lost the game or making excuses. They lost because the Steelers whooped them. Period.

I can also concede that there was 1 or 2 (one in particular) non-calls on Polamalu where I felt he WHIPPED the guy to the ground out of bounds. Not good, not good.
I honestly don't think the calls went Pittsburgh's way in any over-the-top way at all.
I don't hate on Indy at all. I like them, actually. I really like Dungy. It's not Indy, it was primarily anger over that Polamalu call!Kelly Lee said:
