NFL Week #4

Wow, what a game. I am exhausted. I lost my voice, and I wasn't even at the game. Wow....

My keys for winning the game came through for us....the offensive line improved, Rashard did not fumble, and the defense stuck it to the Ravens. I like to see Ray Lewis upset on the sidelines. He talks so much smack all the time.

On to Jacksonville.....with three more players injured!!! :(

One more thing.....I have made a conscious effort in the past year to stop using the word hate. Allow me this one time to venture away from that...please...

I HATE Ray Lewis with a passion. I feel he intended to injure Rashard last night on the play where Rashards shoulder was broken. I so wish I could meet him face to face this morning to give him a piece of my mind and I would knock that fool out. I would so do it right now, I am so mad. Don't forget folks, this is the same guy who stabbed and killed someone in 2000. I HATE this man. The NFL better suspend him for this. Better yet, maybe he'll fall walking up the stairs today and blow out his achilles and end his career......idiot!@@!

I got no dog in this fight, but Ray didn't stab anyone. He was there and allegedly tried to cover it up, but he wasn't the one that did it.

Since the 2000 incident you speak of, I've always felt that Lewis is a thug who should be doing prison time. But that being said, it probably wouldn't be good for your health to try and "...knock that fool out". :eyebrow: Somehow, I think Ray Lewis could handle himself pretty well - in or out of prison.

As for the Mendenhall injury, I didn't notice any blatant intent to injure on the play. I'd like to see it again. Maybe I missed something, but it looked like hard-nosed football to me. And I'm a Steeler fan. One thing's for sure. Our running backs and offensive linemen have been decimated with injuries. I think they might bring Najeh Davenport back to fill in.

That is exactly what most Ravens / Steelers games are. Hard hitting games by TWO teams that live and die by their defenses. Hines Ward was decleating people all night long that were not remotely close to the play, but i would never complain about it because they were legal blocks.

I'm FAR from a Lewis fan. I agree he's not much more than a thug. I watched *almost* the whole game last night but dozed off at a few points. Obviously one of those points was when Mendenhall got hit. I missed the whole play. I'm more concerned with Simmons being done for the year! His play has been down. I'm hoping this is a blessing in disguise...

All that being said, I'm glad Frazier looks like he's gonna be okay!

I'm sure he could as well. The dude lays out people all day on Sundays. If I say anything more, I will just look like some internet tough guy, so I better stop after saying he does not intimidate me.
