NFL Week 9

I woke up this morning and turned on the radio just in time to hear Big Ben throw ANOTHER touchdown pass against the Ravens after shaking Ray Lewis and Ed Reed off his back. It's now 45-7. :D :D :D

It sure was awesome to see that kind of domination on the field last night. I knew Baltimore would get pressure on Ben and shut Willie down. No worries, Ben can shake those lame attempts at tackling and flick TD's all over the field. But hey, this is nothing more than payback for the thorough thrashings I had to sit through at the hands of the Ravens last year.

How about James Harrison? This folks is why the Rooneys let the Dolphins have Joey Porter. I'm willing to say right now that Porter's season sacks and forced fumbles will not surpass Harrisons' stats from last nights game.

Yes Rodent, I was grinning big every second I wasn't screaming and yelling with my Steeler buddies. I called all my Scoobyhawk loving friends, but none of them would answer the phone. :D

it's a great sauce, BTW. I obtained it from a family that runs a restaurant in Huntsville, AL. It's been in the family restaurant for over four generations, and a staple in their home cooking before that. if you like a hot vinegar based red BBQ sauce I think you'll like this one as I always received compliments even when cooking in Huntsville (another place I once lived)

all the best,

R

Hey fellas...I'm moving to the triangle area at the end of the year so...I'll bring the beers!! With that type of sauce, I'm thinking a really good Brown Ale would be in order. :)

cheers

Natty's Old Town Brown & BBQ!!!!

I'll supply the brew...how many growlers should I bring (they're 64 oz. each, filled right at the brewery...)???

:hyper:

Better yet....here's a thought....a GTG at the Roscoe shop, we'll get (rent, borrow, steal) a good BBQ grill, get the Natty's folks to sell us a KEG of Brown....sit around & paw each other's basses, eat R's BBQ, and get stoopid....just stay away from any power tools, hmmkay???

:D

If it's proven, yeah that would be cheating. Until then it's hot air.

Why would CBS take the blame if it wasn't their fault? Don't you think they would rather run stories about the Colts (or anybody for that matter) cheating?

Take off the tin-foil hat.

More than a few teams have accused the Colts of this over the past few years. It's no bigger than any other domed stadium, so why is it so much louder? I personally am not accusing anyone of cheating but these teams do have a valid point.

Qualcom Field is among the loudest stadiums in the league and doesn't have a dome. Does that mean they are cheating?
