The Jets made a move! They picked up Devin Setoguchi in a trade with Minnesota. The TSN guys were talking earlier how it was a disservice to the Jets fans that management made no moves today.

-Mike

Those guys are drinking their dirty bath water. If their idea of doing fans a service is signing Horton or Clarkson to seven year deals, I'll take the disservice.

Chevy was one of a few GMs who was actually using his brains through all this. The Jets may not make the playoffs next year, but if they stay the course they're going to be pretty good in a few years, and good for a long time.

That is a pretty stacked year, 95% of those guys deserve to be in there.

Do you like the Setoguchi trade?

Chelios - Cups and individual awards abound plus numbers to go with HOF nomination.

Niedermayer - Cups and individual award plus enough points mostly on an absurd offensively restrictive trap system

The above two are shoe-ins

Lindros - redefined power forward/center during his concussion shortened career, sadly overshadowed by off-ice drama.

Hextall - redefined the goaltending position by handling and playing the puck like no one before, also scored goals both in regular season and playoffs.

He couldn't even play in the retiree game a couple seasons ago due to back issues. Supposedly they were fixed, but still. His early run was great but then injuries took their toll.

But then again, look at the job Bernie Parent did in that legends game! Stacking the pads move! WOW! BERNIE! BERNIE! BERNIE!

Just what I was thinking, haha. If Julien isn't able to make it work, Boston should fire him and hire Bylsma. He'll force one of those two out of their 15+ year natural position one way or another. :D

Hey guys, look!
