Nice. Columbus is fun to watch right now while they fight for the playoffs.

I like watching the Caps since you never know if this is the game where Ovechkin might go off and look amazing.

I think I'm going to cheer for the caps and the bluejackets since i loved in Annapolis for four years and live in Ohio now.

Thank you. The Blue Jackets are currently accepting any and all bandwagon fans for our playoff run. We just have to get 8-9 points in our next 5 games and it's possible...

I think it's great that they are giving Mason a 2nd chance; but I'm tentative on the guy. He's had two strong games; but at this point he is a reliable back up; which is not a bad thing. The goaltender position seems to be at it's strongest it's been in years, but when does the other shoe drop?

We had a number one in Bob and could have kept him at a good price as he came up through the ranks,...but the Flyers front office got impatient; traded away two players who ultimately won a cup and we are left holding a contract on a goalie that is going to make it difficult to bolster up a suspect blueline and re-sign young talented forwards.

If anyone was watching the Ranger/Flyers game last night... Mason apparently got injured miday through the third period with the Flyers clinging to a 3-2 lead. Flyers were getting shelled at that point. Mason made a save while he was injured, then tayed down. Play didn't stop. Flyers bench had to yell at the refs to get them to stop play. Bryzgalov was already in the tunnel getting his equipment tightened up and stretching to go in. McCrossin the trainer was at the door waiting to run slip and slide out to Steve Mason to find out what was going on.

In the end they thought the better option was to get a bunch of fluids in to Mason and leave him out there rather than put Bryzgalov in. Mason wound up with 38 saves and the number one star of the game.

If anyone was watching the Ranger/Flyers game last night...

Yep, all us CBJ fans are watching the Rangers games with a definite rooting interest. We have their #1 pick from the Nash deal. Thanks to the new rules, all non-playoff teams are in the draft lottery for the first overall pick. We would love to have a shot at MacKinnon!

BTW, did they give Rosehill third star status just for knocking Asham silly? Just wondering. Kind of odd he got third star. Served little more than 8 minutes on the ice, 7 muinutes in penalties, no points, only 1 shot.

Rangers lost Brian Boyle ealry in the game to a 'lower body' injury and then temporarily lost Michael Del Zoto when he took a Giroux slapshot off the stick right to the mouth. He was back about 5 mintues later.

While I have plenty of terrible things to say about Philadelphia, I'm sure a few people yell something stupid like this at every game.

Pittsburgh/Montreal game might be good tonight after the Habs got embarrassed the other night. Could also be setting up for a meet in a later round of the playoffs. Date night tonight though.

You are correct. Ryder is also out. Neal still out.

My info also tells me Dupuis will be the 2nd-line centerman, which is strange considering I'm used to seeing him as a winger.
