This just in...the Wild suck.
We make our annual trip down to St. Paul this weekend. The kids have never seen a loss in the 4 years we’ve been going so hopefully that streak continues on Saturday.

No, that would be the Red Wings. Or as they are starting to seem, Dead Things: The Next Generation. The Montreal game was just bad.
Kind of funny reading through this thread. Most forums are nothing but people boasting and bragging about their team with obnoxious bravado, but here on TB it seems most of us are humbly bemoaning how bad our teams are! Bass players are just realists, I guess. 
Except for those less-than-humble Leaf fans.
But hey, y'all deserve to be excited after many years of mediocrity. Heck, I'm even considering a jump onto the Matthews/Tavares bandwagon!

No doubt. Us Pens fans had two good years then poof! Gone in an instant.
These current Leafs remind me of the Pens of those couple of seasons in that no matter what the score was, you just knew they'd come back and win. And they usually did. Possessing a certain confidence and never giving up.

Sens have a very good season start with everything in perspective , their D is young , inexperienced but they do score goals!
I was the first to think leaving their bandwagon when they exchanged Karlsson but now , seeing Lajoie & Chabot , we might have something in a couple of years.

Exactly why I choose to only discuss hockey right here with youn'z.
I did notice recently that ESPN.com no longer shows comments after stories. That's a relief since those sections just turned into bickering and spam.
As for Toronto, I think it's good for the NHL when they are winning. I'd like to see Calgary be good too.
Speaking of good, I hope someone signs Jagr.

Chabot has really impressed me this year, he has stepped it up a couple of notches. He is not Karlson, yet at least, but lot's of talent there.
Can't see....is there an ashtray on that puppy? Nice pickguard though!
Panthers and Flyers had an interesting get-together tonight. With Luongo and Reimer out, they brought up Hutchinson(?)from the AHL. Helluva game. Flyers in a shootout

Yeah, I watched it. Flyers blew a 5-2 lead, but were able to get the 2 points via shootout. Simmonds has 5 goals this year. I guess last year's slide really WAS due to nagging injuries. He and Giroux each scored two tonight. Konecny is still snake-bit this season. He's had a ton of chances this season, but hasn't been able to bury one.
