Shows you what advertisement pays vs. giving up a bunch of ice level seats in the NY market.Pays the bills.
That would be MSG.This.
And I think it's more about the Knicks than the Isles.
That would be MSG.
I liked McElhinney as a backup when he was with the Jackets but he got the win despite his efforts. I'm thrilled for him and it's tough going into a playoff game cold but he got away with one there.Nice work by McElhinney.

Bobrovski, on the other hand; that guy is amazeballs! I hope he wants to stay in C'bus and the Jackets come up with the scratch to keep him here, but if he doesn't and they can't, then he's worth every penny he gets in the open market.
I think so too, but there were a lot of SOG that were better defended by the goal posts than McElhinney. If you're referring to the disallowed goal, I thought they made the right call.
And any goaltender throughout history will remind you that the goalposts are part of the goalie's equipment!I think so too, but there were a lot of SOG that were better defended by the goal posts than McElhinney.
Yeah. Roy talked to his all the time. And any goaltender throughout history will remind you that the goalposts are part of the goalie's equipment!![]()
Yeah-if The 'Canes have enuff players left.Good weekend for me as each game (Saturday & Sunday) turned out the way I wanted. CBJ, Dallas, Colorado all evened their respective series, and Carolina won again.
In some ways having the big guns out of the playoffs make it more interesting. Can you imagine the TV ratings if the Final ends up being something like Carolina vs Colorado? Diehard hockey fans like myself would watch but the network people would be crying in their sleep.

The Flyers HAD a goalie like Bobrovski. Let me see, what was his name...?If the Flyers had a goalie like Bobrovski, they would probably make it out of the first round occasionally.![]()
Yup.
They told me a lot. Is the Jackets' backcheck always so tentative?
