Isles and canes are locked in a serious goalie war. I kind of wish mrazek and lehner could both get shutouts.

No matter the outcome.Bobrovsky is unreal. No matter the outcome.
It didn't.Yup. Dude's standing on his head. But Good Rask seems to have shown up for the playoffs so far, so...
I hope 2OT doesn't last long. I'm sleepy.
I'm guessing you mean between periods. During the regular season, the OT period is only 5 minutes, so they don't bother running the Zamboni out. What's the rationale behind re-surfacing the ice during OT?
Kinda kills the momentum/excitement.
Sure, I get the between period cleaning, but they resurfaced at the ten minute mark of OT last night.I'm guessing you mean between periods. During the regular season, the OT period is only 5 minutes, so they don't bother running the Zamboni out.
But in the playoffs, each OT period can be 20 minutes long (same as regular periods). So they need to re-surface the ice. By the end of a 20 minute period, the ice gets pretty choppy. So resurfacing makes for better hockey, as well player safety.

Like you're in your car at a stoplight in a sketchy neighborhood? It was manual, with squeegees. Not a full Zamboni.
Pays the bills.Like you're in your car at a stoplight in a sketchy neighborhood?
And I think "Full Zamboni" would make an excellent band name.
And what's the deal with that car in the corner at Barclays?
I know, probably a display or giveaway, but I've always disliked it.
