How 'bout the Winter Classic in Tampa or Ft. Lauderdale?
I think my favorite scenario would be CBJ sweeping the sharks in the Finals. That would be hilarious. And awesome

I missed the big deal with Marchand last game, but it looks like some folks are upset. Just when the guy starts to be likable, he does something otherwise, apparently.

Marchand is an incredibly skilled player who gets less dirty every year, but he almost always regresses a little bit during the playoffs. And then, since those are national games, that's the Marchand everyone remembers. It's worse when he can't score much, and Columbus is starting to get between his ears.

Just Marchand being Marchand. Cheap sucker punch to the back of the head on a guy on his knees. Great player, but just makes you shake your head sometimes...
It does get into high 30s/low 40s in FL-just not for long and not reliably.
For that we could have it in detroit in april or may.
Or Winnipeg in July!

I gotta say I'm just not excited about tonight's games. The canes/ isles series has been a lot more interesting than the 3-0 series it is, but it seems like a foregone conclusion that the isles are done. I mean I'm going to watch tonight, but out of habit more than desire. I don't really enjoy watching the blues and I'm only marginally interested in the stars.
Tomorrow night though oh boy!. I can already feel the goosebumps that occur when I hear the HNIC theme music playing on a saturday night. No gig tomorrow so it's time to work on the butt groove in my couch.

HNIC often plays some interesting music at the breaks.

Wow. The Canes have just completed their first ever sweep (in a best-of-7 series). And now they are the current Cup favorite according to Vegas odds! Major props to Coach Brind'amour and those bunch of jerks! 
Former Penguin Greg McKegg with the game and series winner in Carolina tonight.
I started cracking up when Lehner was yanked for another former Pen, Greiss. He wasn't terrible as a Pen, but I don't think anyone in Pittsburgh cried when he left the team.
