The 'Cats' have been looking real good this season. This situation could really f---* that up. I hope that-like many organizations-whoever was s'posed to handle it, was the one who dropped the ball...er, puck. I think there are a lotta people, myself included, who've done/not done things in the past that were in questionable taste. The difference is that in today's environment, those things can come back to bite one in the fazaza.

A lot of people calling on Q to resign or be fired. With the Preds at 7-0 to start the season, it's not what players and fans want to be dealing with right now.

Quennville has a meeting with the NHL at 2pm Thursday about his involvement with the Hawks' scandal. If I had to guess, I'd say that Q will be gone by this weekend.

11 years ago, things were handled differently. I'm not saying there's no involvement, but if corporate said STFU, you STFU.

I'm really liking Cam Atkinson in a Flyers uniform. Two more goals last night in a 5-3 victory in Edmonton.

Yandle hasn't impressed me all that much so far. I think Ellis was a good acquisition, but he's hurt now and has missed a couple games. Hoping it's nothing major. I go back and forth on Ristolainen. Heavy hitter, but then a forward will zip by him like he's a fence post.

Hockey in Spanish? That might be a lot of fun! My wife and I have been enjoying Sounders games in Spanish lately as part of our attempts to learn Spanish.

Not a fan of the shootouts.
Seems like the shooter can basically come to a complete stop and just stand there and stick handle until the goalie is out of position. It's been getting worse every year and it's just ridiculous now.

Yeah, those may get relegated to the "it seemed like a good idea at the time" file. Or should.

So for the Devils, Hughes is gonna be out at least another 5 weeks, and Hamilton got hurt last night against Anaheim. Not good. Had to subscribe to ESPN+ as they have exclusive rights to some games now. I already had Disney so I just bundled it with that. Ended up watching random games while waiting for Jersey to come on.

I miss the NHL on NBCSN. Other than the first couple days of the season, it seems like there are very few games on...been checking ESPN, TNT, NHL Network, etc, nightly in hopes of a game but only rarely finding one. Honestly I didn't expect ESPN to put hockey at the top of their programming list but this has been disappointing so far.

We have the Hulu app now and it seems like every game is on there every night.
Not sure if Hulu is tied in with ESPN or what. I don't know how any of that crap works and I don't want to. I just wanna watch hockey.
And get off my lawn.

I've been watching every predators game on espn+. Even let's you select the broadcast so you can listen to home team broadcast. Well worth the money for me since I'm into f1 and ufc as well.

Preds are starting to get it rolling.
