As far as I can tell from the OP, this is a one time thing. Have you never gone out only to realize something was up with your clothes, but were unable to do anything about it? I've done it many times, you just deal for however long is necessary.

Not true. Sexual harassment has a very specific definition, and distraction is not part of it. First of all, it's about conduct, not involuntary body responses. Secondly, it has to create hostile work environment.

There also has to be damages. How have I been damaged? Have I lost my ability to work due to trauma? Can I not make a living any longer somehow?

If anything, I may be able to seek recovery for the cost of my pants, since my boner, directly caused by the sight of said nipples, caused my pants to rip.

Nope. I'm pretty good at getting myself dressed since I was around 7 or 8 years old. That's about a 25 year track record for not wearing mismatched socks or accidentally leaving the house with my nuts hanging out.

Nothing they do is by accident, believe me. The boss got 179 on her law school admissions test out of 180 which is the 99.9th percentile. That is insanely hard to accomplish. She is ultra specific and a very, very smart person.

My wife is very aware - every time she puts on a bra - where her nips are, and what is going to happen on a cold day. She dresses accordingly. There's a bunch if lining up goes on. Your partners know exactly what they are doing. If you did the same with a boner they'd be all over your case in some kind of feminist uproar.

Women overtly displaying their "stuff" in the faces of everyone else while expecting them to act as if it is not happening IS hostile.

Let's reverse the roles......suppose I walked around with a full erection all day (contained within my pants but still obvious to even the casual observer) and expected everyone to dismiss it as "natural behavior" and act as if it wasn't there at all....would the circumstances/behavior/effect on others be considered the same as a woman flaunting breasts with erect nipples?

Personally I'm in the camp that is rude for you to stare regardless of if it was intentional or not. I think its OK to notice but its not OK to keep looking or to go back for a second glance.

Where I work I'm the only guy on my shift. In fact we have a staff of like 50 people and there are 5 guys. Nip slips don't tend to be a problem here but Whale tails are as there is a lot of bending over going on. Its ok for me to notice but once I start to stare or I go back for a second look I consider myself in the wrong.

Its still not a bad problem to have.

A receptionist at my dentist had her shirt partly unbuttoned so everyone could see her bra. While she was very attractive and I liked the view, I thought it was a bit unprofessional for a dentist office so I said something to her on my way out after my appointment. She smiled at me and left her shirt as it was - it wasn't an accident or a wardrobe malfunction, she did it knowingly.

She was only there that one time and I don't know the reasons why she's not there any more but I wondered if that was now considered a style or an acceptable way to dress in some professional environments.
