Nipples Showing at the Office

Wear sunglasses in the office and if anyone asks, you just got back from the eye doctor.
Problem solved!
I once had an employee, mid 20's natural red head with shall we say, "huge tracks of land". For some reason, she insisted on wearing a knit sweater in the office, with no bra or undershirt. The fellas just poked out of that knit sweater. After some time, a female employee complained about her "appearance" and she was told to change her office atire.
One of the sadest days of my professional career!
Fishheadjoe

The green eyed monster rearing it's ugly head.

It's my opinion that you need a good lawyer. Since you're a paralegal I assume you know a few.

Anything like that which distracts you from your job is harassment.

Not true. Sexual harassment has a very specific definition, and distraction is not part of it. First of all, it's about conduct, not involuntary body responses. Secondly, it has to create hostile work environment.

This logic is complete and utter crap. It is just something that happens, and women's clothing is made rather thin.

BS. My wife just happens to be a woman. There's not a regular bra or a sports bra in her collection that lets the girls show through. And if her cleavage is out, it's because she KNEW it was going to be out. Your "logic" is ridiculous. Women's clothes aren't all constructed to allow things to show through. That's just silly. The OP's bosses are LAWYERS. You don't get through law school by being stupid or by not paying attention to detail. They know EXACTLY what they are doing. Period. There is no way you can convince me they are oblivious to something so obvious. Are you saying that if there were a mustard stain on your chest you wouldn't notice it all day? There is ZERO difference. These things are protruding from their torsos. They are well within view of their owners. Gimme a break.

Yep I gotta agree here. Also, women tend be a lot more self conscious than men are, so its hard for me to believe they are oblivious to it.

I'm sure they're aware, but that doesn't mean it is intentional.

I am assistant manager in a gift shop. I wear bras every day to make sure this doesn't happen to my assets. As far as I am concerned, if you are a woman lawyer and are big enough this is a problem, it is unprofessional. Not only does the male OP notice and finds himself distracted, I rather imagine male clients and peers notice, too. Sigh.
