Used it today with my Godin A4. Had a weird droning noise when muted. Any idea?!
Also beware of cell phones in any proximity to your pedals, cables, etc. - sometime they emit RF or digital interference. Put it airplane mode to be safe.

Try increasing the distance from what appears to be your wireless, or any other purely digital powered devices.

Hi fellow Noble owners/future Noble owners
I've owned mine for 5 months now and wouldn't part with it.
Not the best micing and recording scenario but here's a little clip of a motown type song I played live two days ago. Recorded with my iPhone sitting directly on one of my cabs.
Sorry for the butt view lol
Hope it gives you guys another taste of what the Noble can sound like. It's a marvelous preamp.
Cheers!

is it your band or someone you are backing up?
Can anyone that is using the Noble with a power amp advise as to what you're using?

Really starting to enjoy and get the noble now.
Interesting how many folks use the HPF and boost the bass a little. I do that most of the time too even though I'm playing into a sealed 310 which already has some rolloff built in.
Are you guys always using the HPF live too? I've always just left it off.
