very good 'realistic' sounding.

I have to spend more time with mine. I've used it live so that my overdriven sounds DI'd don't sound all brittle and ugh... but I haven't experimented with it for recording yet... and I have a reggae track to do over the next few days so I'll try that a bit.

I’m with everyone who said they prefer analogue cab sim at the end of the signal chain... I LOVE my DSM Noisemaker OmniCabSim. It’s on all the time.

Edit: and I love my Darkglass A/O. But I’m sticking with the original.

Used the OCSD last few gigs....an acoustic rock band gig and an acoustic duo gig.....the OCSD is literally what I've been missing from my FOH sound forever. I have it dialled in at the end of my board. DI of OCSD to FOH, "Through" 1\4 to my rig.
Can't stop smiling.

My thought exactly - FOH and even more so IEM's. My board is going to shrink from a Pedaltrain Classic Jr. back to my Nano.

I found a store on eBay that had one in stock. Should have it tomorrow! This is the only pedal I have ever been excited to get. I had to send my friends back that I was trying so I can’t wait to get my own. Makes such a HUGE difference for my IEM’s especially.

Yeah I love the Omni. It's very polite on it's own but it really brings out a ton of different flavors with dirt pedals.
