Double Bass NS string prices dear lord

So I recently looked into getting some omnibass strings to put on my fretless bass after watching a namm video of the radius bass where Ned brought up using them on the radius bass. But then I searched online and saw the price, over a $100 for 1 set of strings??? well all my GAS to eventually get an NS upright completely vanished.

That's very cheap for DB strings. Many of us are paying over $200 a set. Everything is more expensive on the DB side of the universe.

Check into the new NS style strings that GHS offers, I believe they will be available for less than $100 when they start shipping

The "Crossover" strings are available now, but they're for the full scale NS basses, not the Omni Bass. But the Omni Bass can accept normal electric bass long-scale strings, and the GHS flats actually sound pretty good on the Omni Bass (they sound quite similar to the NS Electric strings played pizz, and they actually bow better to boot.)
