I can't at the moment I'm afraid, I don't really have any way of plugging into my computer but I do have cubase.

Fullness is definitely something the Bassculture pickup has more of. The one I have only has a 2 position switch, 1 setting has a pretty trebley thin-ish response, but that might be because it's slightly quieter then the other setting, sounds well suited to bright funk sounds. The other setting, which I much prefer as someone who generally uses a pick, is ALOT deeper then any of the sounds on the stock pickup, probably deeper then a Stingray too, almost has a fender like depth to it despite it's position. I even have to cut the bass a little and add some treble, and those are 2 things I'd never do with most basses.

I think once I get a quarter pounder jazz pickup in the neck, this bass is gonna out depth most basses I've ever heard.

Ok so here is the list I have gotten so far. let me know if I missed anyone:

pharaohamps 63
props 64
paganjack 65
Dave Siff 66
James E 67
Jellybean Boom 68
mtizzle 69
Fat K 70

Great looking ATKs guys :) I really missed mine in Poland and was super happy to play it, its just love for me. The tracks I mentioned a while back are mastered and finished. Ill upload em somewhere in a few days and give a link. Its super contempory praise (like Hillsong United) but in my opinion its just really good music :)

#66.. I like it. Thanks, man.

Has anyone her taken an ATK 300 and added a J pickup? if so was it difficult? what were the steps?

Gonna get a Seymour Duncan Basslines in mine soon to go with my new Bassculture replacement. Always really liked the sound of J/S basses, Always felt that the bridge pickup in a Jazz sounds kinda naff sometimes, but always really liked the sound of Stingrays, but thought they needed a little extra depth. Gonna get a blend knob so I can make sure I'm getting the right balance when I do get one added.

It's not THAT much money to get someone to do it for you, and they will know exactly what their doing and more importantly be insured if anything should go wrong.

By the way, anyone know what all the wires represent on the stock pickup? Was thinking of making a metal Jazz out of the stock pickup, and a Jazz soapbar I got from Bassculture I decided against putting in my ATK. Want to wire it up passive in humbucking mode.

Sounds well sweet, 3 bass tracks that mix very well. Only criticism would be to maybe add a little more reverb to the drums, especially the hi-hat, and mess about with EQ and compression a bit, toms and bass drum aren't too bad though.

What strings are you using by the way? You stringing neck through or on the bridge?

Thanks alot! I still have alot to learn in terms of playing, recording and mixing, its just the start for me really. Its like my 2nd try at recording something lol.

About strings, well I'm using the original elixirs that came with the bass, I'm recording through a Digitech BP200 effects unit. I'm stringing it through the body. This might sound really weird but i dont really know how to string the bass through the bridge. Cant find the string hole :s. This is weird because my old bass was an only through-bridge design lol :p.

The holes are on the back of the bass.

Hey guys, I'm new here, but I have an ATK 3EX1, the black guitar center model, and the neck is kinda messed up. The G and D strings buzz on frets 9-14. I just called my guy there and they ordered me an ATK750 Figured Koa to replace it. Has anyone had any problems with the newer ATK750's?
